THE FUTURE
OF FARMING
STARTS HERE.

Technology for the future
of agriculture and forestry.

From oxygen-assisted propagation and smart nurseries to automated tree farms, gardens, performance planters, and protective barriers, we build technology to address climate change and labor challenges in agriculture and forestry.

SPINOZA

The challenges we tackle

Founded on March 3, 2026, Spinoza develops technology for agriculture and forestry.
We make it easier to propagate plants, grow them successfully, and manage them with less labor.

We use AI, connected sensors, and robotics to address an aging agricultural workforce, labor shortages, climate change, and unreliable nursery production.

6 BRANDS,
ONE MISSION.

Six brands. A shared commitment to plants and people.

From propagation and production to farm management, garden automation, food security, and safer cities, our brands work toward one mission.

Spring oxygen propagation system with four growing tiers

Brand · Spring

Spring · Oxygen Propagation System

Stronger root development · Smarter propagation

The Spring propagation system supplies oxygen-rich water to help cuttings establish roots. It encourages faster, more consistent rooting across nursery stock, herbs, houseplants, and fruit trees, helping farms and nurseries reduce propagation costs and losses.

Spinoza · Smart Propagation Nursery

Automated climate, irrigation, and lighting

Temperature, humidity, irrigation, and lighting are automatically managed in a controlled propagation space. Stable growing conditions support year-round seedling and nursery stock production, regardless of season or weather. Modular expansion suits small farms and large nurseries alike, with data-informed growing management to improve productivity.

Brand · Green Barrier · New Initiative

Green Barrier · Protective Barrier System

Approx. 18.6 mph impact resistance · Pedestrian protection

A protective barrier designed to withstand vehicle impacts at approximately 18.6 mph, compared with conventional pedestrian fencing with impact resistance below approximately 6.2 mph. The planted top adds greenery, while an integrated fine-mist spray system activates in hot or dusty conditions to help lower temperatures and improve air quality. Installed in a continuous line, the barrier helps keep vehicle exhaust and tire dust away from sidewalks to protect pedestrian respiratory health.

Does agriculture need technology companies?

Agriculture began some 10,000 years ago, making it one of humanity’s oldest industries. Yet technological change has been slower than in many other fields. Now, climate change and demographic challenges call for a new approach…

Why nursery production matters

Even the best farm depends on good seeds and healthy young plants. Without reliable seedling and nursery stock production, we cannot grow our food or our forests. Every harvest needs a strong beginning…

Toward farming with less human labor

Rural communities face labor shortages, and more workers alone cannot solve the challenges of a changing climate. AI, connected sensors, and robotics open the door to farming with less human intervention, as food prices continue to…
